  • Ensure Digital Transformation (DT) costs and investment budgets align with company objectives
  • Monitor actual DT costs and investments against budgets, providing cost analyses to support decision-making
  • Oversee cost collection, allocation, monitoring, and reporting, highlighting key financial insights
  • Coordinate the creation, modification, and blocking of master data to maintain consistency and accuracy
  • Conduct cost analyses using various systems and collaborate with partners to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Lead financial performance sessions with Digital Transformation leaders to enhance cost control and decision-making

  • A degree in Finance or a related field is preferred
  • Strong background in cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting, ideally in a technology or IT services environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
Languages: English – fluent
The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €62,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.

  • Begleitung des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses unter Qualitätsgesichtspunkten – vom Wareneingang der Rohstoffe bis zum fertigen Endprodukt – und darüber hinaus Übernahme der Verantwortung für das Reklamationsmanagement
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz, sowie das damit in Zusammenhang stehende Rechts- und Bescheid-Management
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Prozessen (PDCA-Zyklus) im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Qualitätsverbesserung

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Lean-Transformation im Produktionsumfeld, sowie Unterstützung bei Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsprojekten

  • Teamfähig, analytische Herangehensweise an Problemstellungen, genau und problemlösungsorientiert
  • Sehr guter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. abgeschlossene Lehre (Werkstofftechnik, Prozesstechnik, Chemielabortechnik, Prüftechnik Physik oder vergleichbares) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld oder
  • Abschluss einer höheren technischen Schule (HTL oder Fachschule), z.B. Rohstofftechnik, Metallurgie oder vergleichbares
Sprachen: Deutsch – fließend, Englisch – fortgeschritten

  • Collaborating with internal clients & understanding business needs
    Working closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and develop domain expertise for effective data solutions.
  • Designing & implementing analytics solutions
    Developing and deploying analytics solutions in SAP Datasphere in cooperation with internal data engineers and external consultants, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Enabling data integration & self-service reporting
    Setting up and managing data transfers between SAP Datasphere, Microsoft Azure, and Databricks to ensure seamless data flow and enable self-service reporting with Power BI and SAC.
  • Define standards & foster knowledge sharing
    Establishing modeling guidelines, naming conventions, and documentation standards for SAP Datasphere while promoting internal knowledge-sharing and best practices.
  • Maintaining & monitoring implemented solutions
    Taking ownership of newly implemented solutions, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability through continuous monitoring and maintenance.

Technical expertise & experience
  • Strong experience in SAP BI solutions (SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud), with a solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to data challenges
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions and analytics models
