• Planung und Beratung im Bereich technischer Gebäudeausrüstung (Fokus HKLS)
  • ​Fachrichtung HKLS für Bauvorhaben der Phasen der HOAI: von der Grundlagenermittlung bis zur Ausschreibung

• Mind. 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Planung & Ausschreibung technischer Gebäudeausrüstungen
• Erfahrung mit AutoCAD und/oder Plancal sowie T*SOL oder gleichwertige Planungs- und Auslegungssoftware
• Erfahrung in der Berechnung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung

Bei Erfüllung der geforderten Kriterien liegt das kollektivvertragliche Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position bei mind. 50.000 Euro mit der Möglichkeit auf Überzahlung.

• Eigenverantwortliche Identifikation und Akquisition von Kund*innen bzw. Flächeneigentümer*innen sowie Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen
• Erstellung von Projektkonzepten und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen mit Unterstützung durch interne technische Expert*innen

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.856,60 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

• Design and specify mechanical systems for new and existing industrial plants and facilities contributing to the energy transition and the circular economy.
• Integrate advanced technologies to enhance the efficiency of mechanical components.
• Ensure adherence to pressure equipment directive, codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
• Cover all project phases (concept design, preliminary design, procurement, supervision of detail design, site supervision and commissioning).
• Contribute to project deliverables (equipment design and layouts, cost estimates, material choice, interface definitions, layout proposals, technical specifications)
• Coordinate with other trades (mainly process, electrical and civil engineering) to guarantee best project quality.
• Interact with clients and suppliers to ensure a successful project execution.
• Lead sub-projects and work packages.
• Mentor junior mechanical engineers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering.

• Experience in concept development, specifications of mechanical services and systems, site supervision, and commissioning.

• You lead the Corporate Carbon Footprint calculation and Carbon Management (incl. Science-Based Targets, decarbonization roadmap)

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on natural science or technology
• You have min. 3 years experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment
• You have exceptional analytical skills, high affinity for numbers
• Your are a talent in explaining complex sustainability topics to internal and external stakeholders
• You enrich the team with your proactive solution-oriented approach and hands-on mentality
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is a plus

So sieht Dein Tag bei uns aus:

Dein Tag beginnt flexibel – ob im Büro oder im Feld, Du startest Deinen Tag, wie es für die anstehenden Aufgaben passt. Zu Beginn eines Projekts triffst Du Dich mit unseren Kunden, um die Anlagen zu besichtigen und die technischen Anforderungen vor Ort aufzunehmen. Zurück im Büro, entwickelst Du eigenständig die elektro- und steuerungstechnischen Lösungen und setzt Deine Planung in die Tat um. Du erstellst Schaltpläne, kümmerst Dich um den Schaltschrankbau und programmierst die Steuerungen.

Nach einem erfolgreichen Test in der Werkstatt organisierst Du den Einbau vor Ort. Du packst die nötigen Geräte ein, koordinierst die Montage und verkabelst alles, falls nötig. Die finale Inbetriebnahme der Anlage erledigst Du mit Freude und Präzision, während Du sicherstellst, dass alles perfekt funktioniert.

Im Anschluss bist Du der Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, wenn es um Supportanfragen geht. Gleichzeitig packst Du in der Werkstatt mit an oder hilfst beim Einkauf und der Lagerverwaltung. Jeden Tag arbeitest Du mit einem engagierten Team zusammen und kannst Dich darauf verlassen, dass Deine Kollegen Dich bei Bedarf unterstützen – genauso wie Du Deine Ideen und Dein Wissen einbringst!

• Tägliche Beobachtung und Beurteilung der Energiemärkte
• Portfolioanalyse von Strom und Gas
• Strategieentwicklung für den kurz- und langfristigen Energieeinkauf
• Operative Beschaffung der Energie für unsere Standorte
• Aufbau und Managen eines Gebäudeleitsystems
• Übernahme der Tätigkeiten als Umwelt- und Abfallbeauftragten
• Beratung der Abteilungen zu den Themen Umwelt- und Energiemanagement
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Programmen zur Bewusstseinsbildung und Verbesserung der Energie- und Umweltschutzleistung
• Erstellung von Umweltanweisungen
• Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Betriebsrundgängen

• Abgeschlossene technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL-Niveau) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Energie und Umweltschutz
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, ERP-Systeme)
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Genauigkeit
