Wien Energie, größter regionaler Energieanbieter Österreichs, ist für die Versorgung mit Strom, Erdgas, Wärme und Kälte von rund zwei Millionen Menschen, 230.000 Gewerbe- und Industrieanlagen sowie 4.500 landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben verantwortlich.


  • Planung und Entwicklung von innovativen Photovoltaik-Anlagen (z.B. PV-Carports, PV-Fassaden/BIPV, PV-Lärmschutzwänden etc.) und Elektrospeichersystemen im B2B Bereich von der Projektidee über Kundenvertragsprozesse und Behördengenehmigungen bis zur Realisierung
  • Analyse der Kundenanforderungen, Standortbewertung und Erarbeitung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern wie Lieferanten, Netzbetreibern, Behörden, Gutachtern etc.
  • Technische Planung und Dimensionierung von innovativen PV-Anlagen und Elektrospeichersystemen und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Kundenvertragsunterlagen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Genehmigungsverfahren bei Behörden und anderen Stellen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller anwendbaren Normen, Richtlinien und Auflagen im Vergabeprozess
  • Beobachtung und Integration neuer Trends und Technologien im Bereich Photovoltaik im Rahmen des PV-Technologie Monitorings und der internen sowie externen Forschungs- und Innovationskooperationen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von neuen technischen Lösungen, Geschäftsmodellen und Prozessen mit dem Ziel die Erkenntnisse aus Pilotanlagen in das Liniengeschäft zu integrieren und Marktvorteile zu erzielen

  • Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität)
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Planung oder Umsetzung von Photovoltaikanlagen
  • Kompetenz in der Bearbeitung von interdisziplinären Aufgabenstellungen (Technik, Wirtschaft, Recht, Organisation)
  • Erfahrung mit Behördenprozessen und Vergabeverfahren von Vorteil
  • Kommunikative, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Führerschein der Klasse B

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4,514,30 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

RIS Specialist Transition and Launch (m/f/d) - Home office possible

As an expert in Radiology workflows, you will assist with deployments of Dedalus RIS products. This will include assisting new geographies in becoming stand alone. Analysis of a customer's existing workflow, assisting in the Change Management to a new solution, Project Management Pre, During, Post implementation and Application support to the end customers. Training of Regional PM, Application, Delivery and Support staff. Liaise with the customer, Local Teams and Global Product Management and R+D to ensure continuous product stability and improvement.

Your main tasks:

  • Conduct, document and present workflow analysis on current and new workflows
  • Configuration of the applications on and off-site based on required workflows
  • Conduct user acceptance testing prior to go lives.
  • Provide appropriate go-live support.
  • Troubleshooting, analysis and follow up of application related issues.
  • Engaging with RnD and product management on implemented solutions including providing customer feedback.
  • Provide documentation and advice on best practice.
  • Plan, schedule and deliver training to all concerned stakeholders, administrators, Radiographers, Radiologists and support personnel both on and off-site
  • You support the "Train the Trainer" activities of the key users
  • Conduct and document site visit reports.
  • Assist bid support in responding to tenders.

  • A master's, bachelor's or equivalent degree with a strong academic performance Solid HealthCare IT related knowledge.Minimum 2 years experience as Clinical Application Specialist and/or radiographer, or system administrator
  • Experience providing application support to clients with complex software environments, preferably within the healthcare sector (medical imaging, radiology)
  • knowledge of workflow within a hospital/clinical environment or experience within the healthcare sector is a plus
  • PACS / RIS System experience is a plus

As Civil Engineer you will be part of a dynamic team to execute projects crucial to decarbonization of Vienna by 2040, such as:

  • Modernisation of existing energy generation facilities (e.g. upgrading a waste incineration plant on the basis of the circular economy)
  • Construction of new alternative energy generation plants (e.g. large heat pumps, geothermal, wind farms)
  • Hydrogen production or application (e.g. construction of hydrogen production facilities)

  • Cover all project phases (concept design, preliminary design, procurement, supervision of detail design, site supervision and commissioning).
  • Elaborate project deliverables (site layouts, room layouts, constructive details, preliminary structural calculations, cost estimates, feasibility studies, technical reports, technical specifications).
  • Coordinate with other trades (mainly process, mechanical and electrical engineering) to guarantee best project quality.

  • Cover all project phases (concept design, preliminary design, procurement, supervision of detail design, site supervision and commissioning).
  • Contribute to project deliverables (process flow diagrams, instrumentation diagrams, material choice, equipment design and layouts, suppliers lists, cost estimates, interface definitions, layout proposals, feasibility studies, technical reports, technical specifications)
  • Coordinate with other trades (mainly mechanical, electrical and civil engineering) to guarantee best project quality.
  • Interact with clients and suppliers to ensure a successful project execution.

For this role, it would be beneficial to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (process, chemical or mechanical engineering, energy or industrial energy systems).
  • Practical experience as a process engineer within one or more of the following sectors: energy conversion, generation and distribution infrastructure, chemical plants, refineries, industrial plants and facilities.
  • Practical knowledge of thermodynamics, chemical processes, storage and handling of chemical products in gas and liquid form, fluid mechanics, pressure equipment directive.
  • Experience in concept development, specifications of mechanical services and systems, site supervision, and commissioning.
  • Experience in designing components and systems aiming at generating, storing and distributing heat, cooling energy, steam, hydrogen, compressed air, gases or any other carriers.
  • Deep passion for driving positive environmental impact through innovative and sustainable energy solutions
  • Showcase effective teamwork ability within interdisciplinary integrated project teams.

As Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, you will be a key player in the execution of projects crucial to decarbonization of Vienna by 2040, such as:

  • Modernisation of existing energy production facilities (e.g. upgrading a waste incineration plant on the basis of the circular economy)
  • Construction of new alternative energy generation plants (e.g. biomass, wind farm, geothermal etc)
  • Hydrogen production or application (e.g. construction of hydrogen production facilities)
  • Combined generation plants for heating and cooling energy as well as electricity (e.g. either construction or modernisation of existing plant for combined generation of electricity, heating and cooling energy such as natural gas and renewable energy sources)
  • Waste generation and management (e.g. construction of recycling plants, plants for the treatment of sewage sludge and phosphorus recovery).

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Design and specify low and medium voltage electrical systems for new and existing industrial plants and facilities contributing to the energy transition and the circular economy.
  • Design and specify control systems: concept, topology, functional description, instrumentation.
  • Integrate advanced technologies to enhance the efficiency of electrical components.
  • Ensure adherence to electrical codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Cover all project phases (concept design, preliminary design, procurement, site supervision and commissioning).
  • Contribute to project deliverables (consumers list, instrument list, standard product catalogue, functional descriptions, single line diagrams, cable routing drawings, specifications)
  • Coordinate with other trades (mainly process, mechanical and civil engineering) to guarantee best project quality.
  • Interact with clients and suppliers to ensure a successful project execution.

  • Master degree in electrical engineering or technical school (HTL).
  • Practical experience as an electrical engineer within one or more of the following sectors: power generation, power distribution, infrastructure, industrial plants and facilities.
  • Knowledge of power distribution, power train, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Experience in concept development, specifications of electrical systems, site supervision and commissioning.
  • Optional experience in design of high-voltage transmission and switchgear components.
  • Deep passion for driving positive environmental impact through innovative and sustainable energy solutions.
  • Showcase effective teamwork ability.
  • Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a bonus.

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung in der Ausschreibungs- und Ausführungsplanung von Wasserkraft- und Wasserbauprojekten im Bereich Tiefbau
